An unprecedented opportunity for Computational Action

These are times unlike anything we have seen in our lifetimes. Unlike previous generations before us we have the power to make a difference by creating our own mobile technology to guide and aid us as we face this unique challenge.

We invite our fantastically creative MIT App Inventor community from all ages to put their ingenuity to good use and create socially conscious mobile apps that will help defeat the spread of the disease, aid our local communities and give strength to our fellow world citizens in these difficult times.

We need apps that inform, connect, and inspire people in your community and around the world.

share them on the MIT App Inventor project gallery and Google Play Store
Submit your apps to MIT App Inventor App of the Month international contest
create a blog about your Computational Action project
create YouTube App Inventor tutorials to inspire others to learn how to take part in Computational Action
share links to your app project, blog, video tutorial and other work in social media under the hashtag #AppInventorCoronavirusChallenge
